December 15-20, 2025. The International Chemical Congress of Pacific Basin Societies 2025 was held at Honolulu, Hawaii
December 8-9, 2025. The 4th meeting was held at Yumebutai, Awaji (Hyogo).
September 24, 2025. The co-hosted workshop “Integration of Quantum-Classical Mechanisms and Generative Design for the Development of Novel Functional Proteins”. Place: Nara Prefectural Convention Center (Nara)
June 18, 2025. The co-hosted workshop “Protein Science and Engineering in the New Era”. Place: Acurier Himeji (Hyogo)
June 17, 2025. The third meeting was held at Acurier Himeji (Hyogo).
April 29-30th, 2025. The co-hosted workshop was held at Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan.
April 1, 2025. New members have joined the area through public offering-based selection.
March 26th, 2025. The workshop “Frontier of new paradigm of molecular systems chemistry – fundamental mechanism for concerted molecular functions” will be held at the 105th CSJ (Chemical Society of Japan) Annual Meeting.

The FY2024 edition of our newsletter presents the core research themes of our main members, offering insights into the foundational directions of our project.
December 16-17th, 2024. The second meeting was held at Yumebutai, Awaji (Hyogo).
June 13th, 2024. The research area co-organizes the Workshop “Molecular Design for Expanding Protein Functions – Challenges and Prospects -” in the 24th Annual Meeting of the Protein Science Society of Japan.
May 29th, 2024. The kick-off meeting was held at Campus Plaza Kyoto (Kyoto).
April 01, 2024. Our new area “Generative design to unlock the potential of protein function” has started.
